Most days I start work before the sun comes up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I load up the car, check a route, and spend the next several hours delivering parcels. Two hundred of them, sometimes more. Door to door, street to street, across about five square miles of Preston \u2014 the kind of streets that don’t make tech headlines. Small businesses, terraced houses, people who ordered something online and are waiting for it to arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do it because it pays. And it pays for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This<\/em> is ShopWithMore. And if you’ve found your way here, I want to tell you exactly why it exists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve failed before. More than once.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I won’t dress that up. Over the years I’ve chased ideas, built things, got close \u2014 closer than most people know \u2014 and watched them fall apart anyway. There was a deal once that would have changed everything. It didn’t happen. I burned out. I stepped back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the thing about an idea that’s actually right is that it doesn’t leave you alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ecommerce kept pulling me back. Not because I love retail \u2014 but because I kept seeing the same problem, over and over, and nobody was properly solving it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s what I kept seeing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You want to buy something. You go to one of the big platforms. You get ten thousand results, a sponsored row you didn’t ask for, and an algorithm optimised to sell you whatever makes the platform the most money \u2014 not whatever’s best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or you go to a smaller shop. Better products, maybe. But worse experience. No help. No guidance. You’re on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI is changing everything, apparently. It’s writing our emails, generating our images, running our businesses. But stand at the actual moment of purchase \u2014 the moment that matters most in ecommerce \u2014 and AI is almost entirely absent. Or worse, it’s there as a gimmick. A chatbot that can’t answer a real question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought: what if it was actually useful? What if AI could genuinely help someone find what they’re looking for \u2014 not push them toward the highest margin product, not trap them in a funnel \u2014 just help<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s the idea I couldn’t shake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I built it. From Lancashire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m originally from London. But this was built here, in the north of England, funded by early mornings and a full day’s driving around Preston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ShopWithMore is an AI-native ecommerce platform. We’re starting with over 120,000 products across a wide range of categories, and we’re growing. There’s a long tradition in this part of the world of making things that end up everywhere. A Londoner who put down roots here, building something global from a desktop in Preston \u2014 that feels exactly right to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ShopWithMore is built here. But it’s for everyone, everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
